What this covers
This policy covers information handled when an organization creates a room, when its members use that room, and when anybody visits this website.
The room belongs to the organization
Material posted inside a room — announcements, files, messages, calendars, member pages — belongs to the organization that owns the room. It is not published, not advertised against, and not used to market to members.
What we will not do
We do not sell your information. We do not put advertising in your room. We do not use the material in your room to market to your members. We do not claim a capability we have not built.
Who can see inside a room
Rooms are invite only. The administrator controls who is admitted and what each role can reach, and can remove access at any time.
Information we need to run the service
Account and billing details, the room name and size, and the technical records required to operate and secure the service.
Fundraising participants
Organizations approved for the fundraising program complete a W-9 so a 1099 can be issued. Tax identification is collected inside the dashboard, never on a public form.
